Description

The Wonky Walker balance bar is made from powder coated steel and HDPE and comes complete with cleats and hook and loop straps for attachment to trestles. The Wonky walker balance bar is a necessary balance climbing activity with an added degree of difficulty. It is an important component in assisting in gross motor skills development. Measures 121(L) x 40(W) x 14(H)cm. Illustrated trestles are not included.

Playing physical games such as this Wonky walker balance bar gives children opportunities to develop confidence in managing movement challenges such as balancing, climbing, crawling, bending or stretching. Children explore new ways to move, and learn how to control these movements safely in various spaces around them. These confidences will grow as they join in these physical games that a range of climbing frames, walk boards and other associated products can provide the growing child. Soft fall is recommended with this play piece.

The wonky waker balance bar is excellent for encouraging development of their gross motor skills and critical thinking techniques. This all contributes to building confidence in growing children where they learn through trial and error and experimenting with that they can do. Children who master coordination and balance, can climb and walk confidently.

Please note this play piece is 40cm wide and therefore intended to be used with the DMP1307, DMP1314 and DMP1315 trestles. Please ensure each of the play pieces are placed on a flat surface and are secured to a trestle, frame or cube using the hook and loop or plastic clips provided with each cleat. Please contact customer service if your cleat is missing any of the hardware.
