Description

A set of 6 liquid floor tiles. These tiles feature colourful liquids inside. They are durable and feature a non-slip backing. These floor mats create a true sensory experience as children stand, press and jump on the tiles. Each piece measures 50cm wide x 50cm long. These floor tiles will create a fun and exciting environment as children see cause and effect of the internal liquids moving. Suitable for children & toddlers from 6 months of age. These mats are also a great way to help support social distancing and physical distancing in the classroom.

The set of 6 includes different colours, and they can be used separately or together. Excellent for creating sensory play spaces, quiet reading areas and for encouraging exploratory play. They feature a durable seam to enclose the oil and water liquid. We do not recommend to leave these tiles in direct sunlight or for use in extreme heat. They are not suitable for outdoor use or for use with sharp objects. The tiles are to be used on a flat surface and handled with care. They have a maximum load capacity of 120kg. We recommend to clean the top lightly with a moist cloth and mild soap and dry immediately. The back can be cleaned with a dry cloth.

Sensory play encourages children to learn, develop and grow whilst they have fun. Children are encouraged to explore, investigate and develop their ideas through sensory play. The use of open ended resources promote exploration and investigation in sensory play. Sensory play aids cognitive development, the more senses that are involved the better! Creativity and imagination is developed through new ways of thinking. Often social skilled are built through team work, and language and communication skills improve. Perseverance is developed as children keep exploring and investigating their surroundings. Children will become more confident and develop a stronger sense of identity through play.

Use on a flat and even surface.
Do not drop or drop sharp items onto the tiles.
Maximum load capacity is 120kg.
Do not use in direct sunlight, indoor use only and store in a cool and dry place.
