Studying life cycles of plants provides children with numerous learning opportunities to question and describe changes that occur as living things grow. Includes teacher’s guide with links to ACARA. Set of 6 resin blocks (4x 30mm x 45mm and 2x 40mm x 72mm). The blocks are an excellent resource to promote scientific inquiry and investigation. Each block shows a real life peanut showing the different stages of growth. The Mini Beasts can be used in combination with a magnifier, or place them on top of a light box to light up the blocks. They can be used for a wide range of cross curricular activities and will engage your students! Each stage of the life cycle is encased individually and is safe to use by young children. Each set comes with a teacher’s guide for more classroom ideas and information about the specimens.
