How do I get a copy of my invoice?

1. Log in to your account using your email address and one-time PIN.

2. From your Dashboard, select ‘Invoices'

3. Click the PDF icon on the far right of the order to download your invoice.

How do I track my delivery?

1. Log in to your account using your email address and one-time PIN.

2. From your Dashboard, select ‘Orders’
3. Click the truck icon on the far right of the order to view your order’s delivery status.

Can I pay with a giftcard?

Yes you can pay with an e-gift card.

On the checkout page, look for the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ field.
Enter your e-gift card code exactly as it appears in your email, then click Apply.
The gift card balance will be applied to your order total. Any remaining balance can be paid with another payment method.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

A 1% surcharge applies on credit, debit cards & payment wallets.

How do I return an item?

Many goods can be returned due to a change of mind, but not all. For more details visit our Terms and Conditions.

How do I create a new account?

Visit our Sign In/Register page. Here, you can register for either an individual or business account.

If your school or centre already has an existing account and you’d like to be added to it, you can find out how by reading our blog.

What warranty coverage do I have?

MTA offers a minimum 12‐month warranty on all products from date of invoice unless stated otherwise. For more information on Warranty please see our Terms and Conditions.

I didn’t receive my full order, what should I do?

Sometimes orders are sent in multiple shipments, so your remaining items may still be on the way.

To check your order status:

1. Log in to your account using your email address and one-time PIN.

2. From your Dashboard, select ‘Orders’.

3. Here, you’ll be able to view your order status, track your shipments, and see whether your order has been split into multiple deliveries.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation, how can I review my order?

1. Log in to your account using your email address and one-time PIN.
2. From your Dashboard, select ‘Orders’.

3. Here, you’ll be able to review view your order(s).

I’ve placed an order over the phone, email or fax - can I still track it online?

Yes. All orders are trackable online, irrespective of how those orders were entered into our system.
