Freight is a flat rate of $12.90 + GST NZD for all orders, regardless of order value or location within New Zealand.

If your product is in stock in our Auckland warehouse (indicated by a pink truck icon):
North Island: 1-2 business days
South Island: 2-3 business days
For items shipped from our Australian warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Yes - tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
If your order includes items from both NZ and Australian warehouses, your order will be split, and you will receive separate tracking numbers.
