Ultimate Disc Rules & Court Dimensions:

  • Field Size: 64 (L) x 37 (W) m.
  • Objective: Score by passing the disc down the field to teammates and completing a pass in the end zone.
  • Possession: The thrower has 10 seconds to make a pass. The defensive team can gain possession by intercepting or knocking down the disc or if the attacking team's pass goes out of bounds.
  • No Contact: Like in netball, there is no contact and players cannot run while holding the disc.
  • Scoring: Each score is worth 1 point. The first team to reach 15 points wins the game.
