Peerless Floor Mop Refills Red - Pack of 5

The microfibre mop refill is an effective way of cleaning as it picks up the dirt rather than moving them around. When used dry, an electrostatic charge of the fibre attracts the dust and other particles into the fibre. When the refill is used damp or with chemicals, a capillary force in the fibres absorbs grease, dirt and liquids helping remove more than 99% bacteria from any surface.

A great addition to cleaning storage cupboards in schools, daycares, laundries, or in food and hospitality related spaces.

It is colour coded in blue (PJ015M) and red to help clean specific areas and avoid cross contamination between work areas. Sanitizing is not required when using this mop refill as it shows CETEC laboratory testing that 99% of bacteria is removed.

Silver has also been woven into the microfibre cloths/mops as it is a natural biocide that kills bacteria and doesn't grow in the cloth. If streaks appear on the surfaces after cleaning, it may indicate that the cloth or mop refill needs to be replaced.

Compatible with Peerless Jal floor microseries mop handle (PJ016H) and frame (PJ016F). It is also part of the Peerless Jals Microseries cleaning system.

Directions for use;

1. To attach the refill to the mop head or frame place the microfibre mop with velcro facing up and cloth facing down.
2. Press the mop frame (PJ015F) onto the velcro.
3. Apply cleaning solution directly to the mop head pre-wetting the microfibre.
4. Alternatively, you can apply the cleaning solution directly onto the floor.
5. Ensure that all edges are cleaned first.
6. Then work away from yourself in a figure of eight motion to ensure that your back is protected.
7. Continue to mop and clean the rest of the desired area.
8. For best results, do not over wet the microfibre.
9. For larger areas, the best way to save time is to pre-moist multiple microfibre refills in a bucket.
10. To remove the microfibre refill, bring the mop frame towards you. Lift the end closest to you and roll the microfibre away from yourself until the whole microfibre is lifted from the frame.

Directions for care;

1. For best results, use Microlaund (PJ013) in the washing machine.
2. Alternatively, you can hand wash in cold water and allow it to soak.
3. Wash cloths with other microfibre cloths or separately.
4. Do not wash with bath towels or any fabrics that may release lint during the washing cycle.
5. For best results allow the cloth to air dry.
