• Soft Fall Requirement: For optimal safety, soft fall material is required under and around the play piece.
• Genuine Aussie Play Accessories: To maintain the product's aesthetic and lifespan, it is highly recommended to use genuine Aussie Play accessories. Using accessories from other manufacturers (plastic, wooden or metal) may lead to chipping and scratching of painted surfaces, which is not covered under warranty for aesthetic damage.
• Placement & Securing: Always ensure the slide is placed on a flat surface and securely attached to a trestle using the provided hook and loop fastener or plastic clips.
• Maintenance of Cleats: In case any hardware is missing from the cleat, contact customer service promptly to ensure the slide can be securely fastened.:
