Digital Ammeter LCD 0-20A x 10mA

The Digital Ammeter LCD 0-20A x 10mA is an accurate, rugged and reliable Australian made DC Ammeter. This general purpose digital instrument is designed to be virtually indestructible in the hands of students, making it perfect for use in the laboratory or classroom.
Connection is by 4mm banana safety sockets, so either safety plugs or normal banana plugs can be used. Measures from 0.00 (10 milliamp) to +/- 19.99 amps with no ranges to select and reversible polarity.
The device is powered by a standard 9 Volt battery which is easy to change when required. Power turns off automatically after 20 minutes to protect against battery wastage due to forgetful users. One touch of the button restores the display. A 'LO BATT' alarm displays well before the battery must be replaced and accuracy is not affected.
If the 20 amp DC rating is exceeded, a red LED illuminates as a reminder but there is no chance of damage.
