The HART Weighted Vest evenly distributes weight during exercise, promoting better technique and maximum comfort. This versatile training tool is a great way to add resistance when doing bodyweight dips or using chin-up bars. If weight adjustments are required, individual weights can easily be removed or a maximum of 2.5kg of extra weight can be added.
